I Fell Down

Today I slipped on some ice and fell to the concrete, landing on my cheek. Yes, my cheek. Now I look like a rosey toy soldier.

I fell on the ice Saturday. I also fell on my cheek, but not the one on my face. I now have a lovely red and blue bruise covering said cheek.

I, too, fell on the ice while walking to work last Tuesday. I've slipped many times but this was the first time I fell. My knee locked and my whole body tilted forward in slow motion until I landed on my right knee/elboy/wrist. My knee bled. My elbow is one huge bruise now.
